Delivery areas

Jovikids currently delivers throughout South Africa. We ship to major cities, towns, and outlying areas via our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch, where available.
• Orders are packed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Remote or outlying areas may take an extra 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping fees

One delivery fee is charged per order, anywhere in South Africa, at the highest applicable delivery rate in your order. Fees are not added together per item, and Standard and Express cost the same.

• Orders that include a large item such as a stroller or play pen: R600
• Orders that include a medium item such as a car seat, booster seat or ride-on bag: R400
• Orders of small items only (such as travel trays and car seat mirrors): R200

The delivery fee is shown in your cart and added at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Failed or missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again or leave a notice with instructions. Please make sure your contact number and address are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
