Warranty coverage

Jovikids products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product.
• Structural failures of frames, shells, wheels, or harness systems under normal use.
• Faulty stitching, zips, or fasteners that prevent the product from functioning as intended.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffing, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation.
• Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs.
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or second-hand sellers.
• Commercial or rental use.

How to make a claim

Email us at info@jovikids.africa with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the defect and batch reference. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
